IWDC Bid Form Instructions

Welcome to the Bid Form for the 8th International Working Dog Conference (IWDC 2013), to be held during the year 2013.  Completing this form does not commit you to holding the Conference, but is your Statement of Interest.  The IWDBA Conference Committee will contact you to provide you more information when we receive your Bid.

Instructions:

Contact Information (First Name - E-Mail) - Please be as complete as possible for the single individual who will be the point of contact for this bid (this individual MUST be an IWDBA Member)

Proposed City, State/Province, Country - The City in which you would like to host IWDC 2013

Proposed Venue - The Facility in which you would like to host IWDC 2013 (e.g. Name of Conference Center, University, Hotel, etc; you may list several, separate by commas)

Proposed Conference Dates - the beginning and ending dates that you propose for IWDC 2013 (if there are several options, separate by commas)

Proposed Conference Theme - A short Phrase describing the focus that you would like to propose for the entire Conference

Organizing Committee - Please list the Names and Organizations of your proposed Local Organizing Committee, one individual per line (5 recommended, SHOULD be IWDBA Members)

Proposal Summary - Up to 250 words describing key points of your BID - location, transportation and venue features, local financial and other support, benefits of the proposed city and dates, any special considerations that you think make your bid special (e.g. participation by a particular canine program or university).
