About IWDBC 1999

The First International Working Dog Breeding Conference was held at the Medina Annex Club at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas 27-29 October 1999.  The conference was attended by 56 people represeting 16 canine programs and academic institutions in the United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, and the United Kingdom.
